Please allow up to 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS or UPS we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
